THE RULES

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your Sensus Ultra order
Describe your package as "RETURNED GOODS" on all postal documents
Include a copy of your Sensus Ultra order confirmation email
Specify which trade-in reward you want: CASH BACK or FREE DVD
For the FREE DVD, specify the shipping address
You are responsible for all return shipping costs/fees/taxes

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs/fees. If we are charged duty/taxes, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct those charges from your trade-in reward.

WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR OLD RECORDER(S)

All returned recorders will be cleaned and tested. Those in good working condition will be offered at reduced prices to educational institutions, research organizations, and other customers who will be able to make good use of them but can't afford to buy new hardware.

It's a win-win-win situation: you save money, we break even, and every recorder finds a home where it will be put to good use.
